摘　　要：采用顶空气相色谱法测定地洛他定中有机溶剂残留量。分析结果表明,在本文所述色谱条件下,各组分分离良好,方法灵敏度高,检测限低。在2μg～3000μg的实验范围内,线性相关系数r>0.9999。各组分回收率均在95％～105％内。实验结果表明:该方法操作简单、实用,结果准确可靠。The paper reported the analysis of six kinds of solvent residues in desloatadine.The results indicated that under experimental conditions of the paper, the each components in the residues were separated perfectly,Sensitivity of analysis was excellent,and the detected limits of each components was lower.The relative coefficient R was greater than 0.999 from 2μg to 3000μg in these range of concentration,The recovery rates of each component were 95% to 105%.The experimental results demonstrated that this analysis method is simple and practical, the accurate.
