柔软剂BT在腈纶绒线上的应用

摘　　要：国内外腈纶织物柔软整理正由传统的手感改良向功能化、仿动物毛感方向发展。本文研究了柔软剂BT在腈纶绒线上的工艺条件,并从柔软剂BT的性能测试、柔软剂用量、温度影响、时间影响进行了探讨。实验结果表明,柔软剂BT柔软效果好,绒线柔软丰满、毛感强、而且耐洗、抗静电,并且不影响染色色光。At present,the softening of acrylic fiber fabrics is changing from the traditional hand improvement to functionality and to imitation of animal fiber.This paper studies the conditions of softening agent BT for acrylic fiber's bulk yarns.The properties and applied amount of softener BT,and the influence of the temperature and time on the soft effects are discussed.It is found that the agent BT has a good effect on softening acrylic fiber's yarns.The yarns treated with it are soft and full,with a sense of wool,and staticresistant.Furthermore,the agent has no effect on dyed colors.
