摘　　要：利用磁测手段定量地确定了热处理前后不同类型 ,其中包括传统的子弹头状、改进的板状与鳞片状 ,Nd Fe B铸锭中α Fe相的含量。实验测量表明传统的子弹头状和改进的板状铸锭中 ,存在着大量的α Fe,但经热处理后 ,α Fe相的含量明显降低 ;而鳞片状铸锭中基本上无αThe α-Fe phase content in Nd-Fe-B cast ingots before and after heat treament,that concludes conventional bullet-like ingot and improved plate cast ingot and strip casting flakes,have been determined quantitatively by magnetic measurements.Experimental results show that there is a lot of α-Fe in the conventional bullet-like ingot and improved plate cast ingot but after heat treatment the α-Fe phase content obviously decreases,while no α-Fe phase appears in strip casting flakes.
