摘  要:本文主要针对人体植入不锈钢的使用要求 ,从热加工工艺及热处理工艺着手 ,对热轧钢的冷弯性、硬度、金相组织以及不同热处理制度下的显微组织、性能进行了分析和讨论 ,从而选择出合理的热加工工艺和热处理制度 。The processes of hot-working and heat-treatment for the human-body-embedded stainless steel have been studied.The measurements of cold-bendability,hardness,and optical observations of the hot-rolled samples were performed.The effects of different heat-treatment processes on the microstructures and properties were analyzed.According to the above results,an optimum process was selected and the stainless steel with combined properties was obtained,which meet the needs of technical requirements to stainless steel used in human body.
