皮下浅刺针法治疗椎-基底动脉供血不全症60例

摘　　要：目的 :观察皮下浅刺针法治疗椎 -基底动脉供血不全症的疗效。方法 :治疗组取百会、印堂、风池、内关、足三里、三阴交。用半寸长 (15cm)的 32号毫针与皮肤呈 30角快速进入皮下 ,沿皮下刺入针长的 2 / 3(约 10mm) ,将针体留在皮下组织浅层 ;对照组采用 5 %葡萄糖注射液加丹参注射液 10ml,静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ,维生素B6 ,每次 10ml,每日 3次。结果 :治疗组 6 0例总有效率为 95 .0 % ,对照组 6 0例总有效率为 6 5 .0 %。结论 :皮下浅刺针法疗效优于药物疗法 ,值得推广。Objective:To observe the effect of Subcutaneous Shallow Needling on TIA.Meshods:The treatment group was given quick insertion of No 32 mili-needling into Baihui,Yintang,Fengchi,Nerguan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao at the angle of 30 with the skin and two-thirds of the needle,about 10mm long,remained into the superficiality,the control group was given intravenous drip of glucose and Dansen with an volunme of 10ml once per day and intravenous drips of vitamin B 6 with an volume of 10ml three times per day.Results:The total effective rate was 95.0% for the treatment group and 65.0% for the control group.Conclusions:The subcutaneous shallow needling has better curative effect than meditation and should be widely applied in medical practice.
