摘 要:目的 在兔颅骨缺损中区植入组织工程骨 ,观察其成骨和对骨缺损的修复作用。方法 取兔髂骨 ,获取骨髓基质干细胞 ,体外扩增培养 ,将获得的骨髓基质成骨细胞与藻酸盐复合 ,制备成盘状组织工程骨 ,植入兔颅骨缺损区 ,单纯藻酸盐植入作为对照组 ,8周后行X线和组织学检查 ,观察其成骨和对骨缺损的修复作用。结果 骨髓基质成骨细胞 /藻酸钙复合物植入组 ,有明显的新骨形成 ,而对照组无骨形成。结论 藻酸钙 /骨髓基质成骨细胞复合物可用于修复非受力区、范围较小的骨质缺损。Objective We implanted the tissue engineered bone in the skull defects of rabbits and observed the creation of new bone and the repair of bone defects. Methods Rabbit bone marrow stem cells were cultured and expanded in vitro and osteoblasts were harvested. The osteoblasts were mixed with alginate sodium solution to generate osteoblasts/alginate composites. The osteoblasts/alginate composites were implanted in rabbit skull defects . In control team, only alginate was implanted in. Eight weeks after operation, the animals were sacrificed and new bone regeneration in the defects was investigated by gross specimen inspection, X ray examination and histological observation. Results Eight weeks after operation, the most defect area transplanted with obteoblasts/alginat composites was filled with newly formed bone and no bone was formed in the control team. Conclusion These results revealed that osteoblasts/alginate composites might be feasible in the repair of some bone defects.
