摘　　要：目的　总结分析各种小面积浅度烧伤治疗方法的优缺点。方法　选择 6 4例Ⅱ°烧伤病人随机分为 4组 ,分别采用具有代表性的 4种常用治疗方法治疗 ,用统计学方法分析其结果。结果　各组疗效相似 ,湿润烧伤膏 (MeBo)组感染率偏高。结论　小面积浅度烧伤的各种创面治疗方法及用药均有较好的疗效 ,各有其优缺点 ,要严格按照每一种方法的具体操作要求进行治疗 ,同时 ,注意患者的经济承受力。Objective To compare the efficacy of various therapies in treating litter area burn.Methods 64 cases with burn were divided randomly into 4 groups and treated with one of 4 kinds of therapies respectively.Results 4 kinds of therapies had the same effects.The infection rate in MeBo group was higher.Conclusion The efficacy of various therapies in treating litter area burn is the same.All have advantages and disadvantages.The choice of therapy should be made according to the economic conditions of the patients.
