三种方法治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　寻找治疗肩周炎的有效方法。方法　 96例肩周炎门诊病人随机分为 3组 ,A组 :30例 ,行颈部硬膜阻滞 (CEB) ;B组 :32例 ,行星状神经节阻滞 (SGB) ;C组 :34例 ,行臂丛神经阻滞 +肩周局部神经阻滞 (BPB +LNB)。药物 :利多卡因 40mg +维生素B12 5 0 0 μg +得宝松 7mg +生理盐水共 6～ 10ml。 结果　C组治愈率 90 %,A、B组分别为 6 5 %～70 %,C组较其它两组有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　BPB +LNB方法治疗肩周炎效果较好。Objective To study the treatment effects of three methods on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods Ninety-six patients were divided into three groups,Group A:n=30,cervical epidural block(CEB);Group B:n=32,stellate ganglion block(SGB);Group C:n=34,brachial plexus block and local nerve block(BPB+LNB).Medication:lidocainne 40mg+vitaminB 12 +Debason 7mg+solution 6～10ml.Results The cure rate in Group C was 90%,which was significanthy higer than those of A and B groups(65～70%)P<0.05.Conclusion BPB+LNB is a good regimen to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis.
