摘 要:目的:通过超声心动图评价二尖瓣器形态改变与二尖瓣返流程度之间的关系及其临床意义。方法:评价259例二尖瓣返流病人返流程度以及二尖瓣器的形态学改变。结果:导致返流的最常见原因为二尖瓣叶改变,占55.5%,P<0.01。二尖瓣叶增厚与二尖瓣环钙化产生返流,程度以轻度为主。二尖瓣环扩张,腱索与乳头肌改变导致返流程度以中重度为主。结论:二尖瓣叶形态改变是二尖瓣返流的最主要原因,二尖瓣器支持结构的改变所导致返流程度以中重度为主,对二尖瓣器功能影响大。Objective: Our aim was to study the relationship between structural changes of mitral apparatus and severity of mitral regurgitation. Methods:Patients with mitral regurgitation were observed with color Doppler imaging to determine the structural changes of mitral apparatus and severity of regurgitation. Results: In 259 cases, the most common cause (55% , P < 0. 01) leading regurgitation was leaflets changes. Leaflets thickening and annulus calcification caused mild regurgitation, and annulus expanding together with tendon cord and papillary muscle changes caused moderate to severe regurgitation. Conclusion: Mitral leaflets changes is the main cause of mitral regurgitation, and the mitral supporting structural changes will lead moderate to severe regurgitation and have great effect on mitral apparatus.
