摘 要:目的:探讨和评价电生理检测在颈椎间盘突出症中的诊断价值。方法:对59例颈椎间盘突出症患者进行周围神经传导速度、尺神经F波传导速度及常规肌电图检测。结果:被检测周围神经中,异常率为10.1%~32.2%。肌电图检查59例中,共检查肌肉178块,提示神经源损害53例,占89.8%(53/59)。F波传导速度的异常率与受累颈神经根的部位密切相关,当根性损害主要累及颈7、颈8神经根部位时,F波传导异常率较高(52.2%)。结论:神经电图-肌电图检测对颈椎间盘突出症根性损害具有较高的诊断价值,F波异常有助于根性损害的测定。Objective: Our aim was to verify the utility of electrophysiological determination in the diagnosis of protrusion of cervical intervertebral disc. Methods: Fifty-nine patients underwent the examinations including regular electro-myography (EMG) , nerve conduction velocity of the peripheral nerves, and F-wave conduction velocity of the ulnar nerve. Results: The abnormal percentages of the nerve conduction were ranged from 10. 1% to 32. 2% in the nerves examined. The EMC showed pathological lesions in 53 patients (89. 8% ) , and F-wave conduction velocity was slow in patients with the seventh or the eighth cervical radiculopathy (52.2% ). Conclusion: Electromyography, nerve conduction and F-wave determinations appear to be useful methods in the assessment of injure of nerve root. They have the clinical value on confirming the diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy.
