摘　　要：通过转炉冶炼、微合金化吹氩、喂丝 ,连铸 1 5 0 mm× 1 5 0 mm方坯 ,用高速线材轧机生产出6～1 2 mm小规格 HRB4 0 0热轧带肋钢筋盘卷。研究分析了矫直前后产品尺寸、力学性能及与混凝土握裹力的变化情况。 HRB4 0 0产品质量完全符合 GB1 4 99-1HRB400 as smaller sizes from φ6～φ12 mm hot rolled ribbed steel wire coils are produced by high speed wire rod mill with 150 mm×150 mm billets which smelted by LD and through some new process as argoning , micro-alloying , wire feeding at the Xiangtan Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd. On this article, the influence of the dimensions and mechanical properties of the HRB400 on a bondability in concreterare is analyzed and is researched . This parameters is measured in while before and after being straightened . The product quality of HRB400 are completely conformed to GB1499-1998.
