摘  要:在实验室工艺条件下,研究了冷轧压下率对微钛处理的低碳钢板的平面各向异性的影响,对不同压下率下钢板的典型织构进行了比较,并对压下率和钛共同作用,影响平面各向异性的机理进行了分析。结果表明,钛含量和冷轧压下率对钢板的平面各向异性都有较大影响。The effect of cold reduction on the planar anisotropy of cold rolled and annealed low carbon steel sheets microalloyed with Ti was studied under prescribed processing conditions in the lab. Variations of the orientation density of typical textures were given for various cold reductions. Analysis concerning the mechanism of the influence of cold reduction as well as Ti content on the planar anisotropy of the steel sheets was given. The results show that both Ti content and cold reduction have significant effect on the planar anisotropy of the steel sheets.
