摘  要:用MARC Autoforge有限元软件,对圆坯的横轧过程进行了热 力学耦合分析,得到了变形和应力分布。用数值分析法研究了横轧圆坯时出现破裂的倾向性。结果表明:当圆坯的变形积累到一定程度时,坯料中心韧性破裂的倾向性增强,直至开始出现裂纹。随着轧制进程的继续,韧性断裂区逐渐扩展。The coupled thermomechanical analysis of crossrolling process for round billet was conducted with aid of FE code MARC/Autoforge. The distribution of deformation and stress was obtained from numerical simulation. The tendency of fracture in round billet during crossrolling process was studied using numerical method. The results showed that the tendency of centralcrack increases as the deformation is accumulated to some extent. As the rolling process proceeds, the tough fracture zone expands gradually.
