摘 要:本文叙述了我所十年来在甘蔗选育种实践中应用数量遗传学理论的研究结果,配合力分析合理评判了亲本的优劣,提高了组合选配的预见性。遗传力和重复力分析能客观反映不同性状的遗传特点,有助于对不同家系施加相应的选择强度。相关和通径分析揭示了杂种后代性状表现的内在关系,为选择策略的实施提供了依据。稳定性分析综合评价了基因型跨越生态环境的产量潜力和适应程度,有利于育成新品种的推广和布局。聚类分析从多维空间显示亲本组合或品种的相似性,可以作为亲本选配和后代选择的辅助手段。This paper discusses the experimental results of the application of quantitative genetic theory to practice of sugarcane breeding program conducted in our institute during the past ten years. The combining ability analysis could reasonably judge the parental clones advantage or disadvantage and significantly improve the predictability of selected matings on cross combinations. The analysis of heritability and repeatability could objectively reflect the inheritance behaviours of various characteristics and be useful for appropriate selection pressdres applied to different families. The correlation and path coefficient analysis revealed the internal relationships among character expressions of hybrid progenies and provided a basis for the implementation of selection strategy. The stability analysis evaluated comprehensively the yield potential and adaptive faculty of genotypes across the ecological environments and were advantageous to populalizations and distributions of new improved varieties. The cluster analysis demonstrated the resemblances among parental combinations or varieties and could be used as the supplementary means for selecting parents and their progenies.
