花尾胡椒鲷人工育苗试验

摘　　要：从福建厦门引进花尾胡椒鲷受精卵95×104粒,进行了室内人工育苗、海上网箱中间培育试验.受精卵孵化率67.8%,室内培育56d,出池全长2.3cm的鱼苗21.1×104尾;海上网箱暂养至全长5.77cm,成活率达83.7%.Experiments on the artificial fry rearing and intermediate'breeding at sea cage were made by using 95 × 104 fertilized eggs of threeband sweetlip Plectorhinchus cinctus introduced from Xiamen, Fujian. The hatch rate of fertilized eggs was 67, 8 % . A total of 21.1 × 104 fry with total length of 2. 3cm were obtained after 56 days of indoor rearing. The survival rate reached 83.7% after the captivity at sea cage to total length of 5.77cm.
