摘 要:干熄焦工艺具有节能和环保双重效益 ,其基本原理是利用循环惰性气体冷却焦炭。根据多孔介质理论 ,采用非达西流和非局域热平衡方法 ,建立了干熄炉内流体流动和传热的数学模型 ,并采用基于非正交同位网格的 SIMPLE方法求解对流扩散方程。通过数值求解 ,得到了干熄炉内气体速度、压降以及气体和焦炭的温度分布规律 。Energy saving and environmental protection can be achieved simultaneously through the coke dry quenching technology (CDQ) that employs the recirculating inertial gas to cool off the coke. A mathematical model based on non\|Darcian flow and non\|thermal equilibrium methods was developed for fluid flow and heat transfer in the cooling shaft of CDQ unit. Governing equations were solved by the SIMPLE algorithm on the collocated, non\|orthogonal and body\|fitted grids. The velocity and pressure drop of circulating gas and the temperatures of coke and gas were obtained to study the effects of the coke size distribution on flow and thermal behavior in the cooling shaft. The results show that the non\|uniformity of coke temperature in the radial direction can be reduced if the coke size distribution is improved.
