摘　　要：介绍了用户停电损失的概念及影响因素,以城市电网为研究对象,通过构造用户停电损失函数和通过近似构造停电损失评价率,分别给出两种估算停电损失的方法,以实例验证了所给方法的可行性,并从实际应用的角度出发对这两种方法进行了分析和比较,所得结论可供系统运行人员参考。This paper introduces the concept of power outage cost and the influencing factors. Two different methods of evaluating customer outage costs in distribution system are described. One is presented by constructing customer damage function, and the other is formed by the development of factors designated as the approximate interrupted energy assessment rate (IEAR). The experiment shows that these methods are feasible, and some related conclusions can be reached through compatative study.
