摘　　要：为提高减振器连杆表面电镀硬铬层的耐腐蚀性能及使用寿命,研究了电镀前弱腐蚀对镀层耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,弱腐蚀溶液浓度、电流密度和通电时间对镀层耐腐蚀性能均有影响,采用适当的弱腐蚀工艺可提高硬铬层的耐腐蚀性能。In order to improve corrosion resistance of hard chromium-plated coating on shock absorber connecting rod surface and its service life,th e effect of weak corrosion on coating corrosion resistance before plating is stu died.It is shown by test results that the concentration of weak corrosion solut ion,current density and conduction time have the effects to coating corrosion resistance,using a proper weak corrosion technology can improve the corrosion resistance of hard chromium coating.
