摘  要:介绍激光全息相位剪切照相轮胎无损检测系统的原理、特点和在汽车轮胎检测中的应用,实测2000多条轮胎后认为,该检测系统可直观显示轮胎内部缺陷,并可容易地判断缺陷类型;检测周期较短(约2min);不受被检轮胎规格和部位的限制;对检测胎体脱层有突出效果。The mechanism and characteristics of a phase difference holography nondestructive detecting system and its application to the tire inspection are described.Based on the inspection of over 2 000 units of tires with the system,it is believed that the interior defect of tire can be directly displayed by the system,and the type of defect can be easily judged;the detection period is shorter (about 2 min);the size and portion of test tire are unlimited;and the system is particularly useful to detect the carcass seperation. 
