摘　　要：介绍一段转化炉过渡段天花板组件损坏原因和进行 4次修复与改造的过程 ,总结了实施技改的经验 。Author has introduced the damage reason of the ceiling assembly in the transition section and the process of the repair and reformation made totally in 4 times, also summarized the experience during executing the technical reformation and presented the measures to avoid the accident.
