摘  要:对粘结NdFeB永磁体化学镀Ni Cu P合金防护层的工艺过程及镀层的阻氢性能进行了研究。磁体经碱性去油、缓蚀酸洗、镀前均匀隔离与活化处理后再进行化学镀Ni Cu P合金 ,可获得了质量良好的耐蚀性镀层 ,该镀层对磁体磁性能无不良影响 ,且有良好的阻氢性能 ,在 2 5℃、10MPa高压H2 环境中 ,阻氢时间为 19min。The protection technology of electroless Ni-Cu-P alloy plating on bonded NdFeB permanent magnets was studied, and a feasible technological process and a coating with high corrosion resistance were obtained. The magnetic protection and hydrogen permeation resistance were also tested. Experimental results showed that Ni-Cu-P coating had an excellent corrosion resistance and no bad effects on magnetic properties. At the same time, hydrogen permeation was prevented effectively into banded NdFeB permanent magnets about 18 minutes in 10 MPa hydrogen environment at 25 ℃.
