摘  要:介绍了Ni Al2 O3 耐磨复合镀层的制备工艺 ,讨论了工艺参数对镀层质量的影响。结果表明 ,镀层中Ni Al2 O3的复合量随电流密度增加、电镀时间的延长和镀液温度的升高而升高 ,镀层的硬度、耐磨性也随之升高 ,复合量为 70 %Al2 O3时的镀层耐磨性优于镀纯铁层 ;此外 。The preparation of electroplating Ni-Al-2O-3 composite coating with wear resistance was introduced, and the effects of technology parameters on the coating were discussed. Experimental results showed that the composite amount of Ni-Al-2O-3 in the coating increased with the raising of current density and electroplating time and bath temperature, so did the hardness and wear resistance. When containing 70% Al-2O-3 in the coating, wear resistance had advantage over pure iron coating, besides composite coating had high corrosion resistance.
