摘　　要：为促进无缝钢管坯供应的合理化,日本钢管公司京浜厂对该厂的φ120～300mm水平连铸机进行了技术改造。增设了可移式多段电磁搅拌装置、在线缓冷炉,改进了分离环材质和结晶器形状。由此扩大了连铸范围(到φ370mm)和连铸钢种(可连铸包括SUS420J1钢在内的高合金钢),改善了连铸坯质量。The 120～130mm diameter horizontal continuous caster in Keihin Works, NKK was revamped to realize rational supply of billets for seamless pipe. A moveable multi-stage electromagnetic stirrer and an on-line slow cooling furnace were added, and the breakring material and the mould configuration were improved. Therefore the product size range was enlarged to 370mm diameter, steel grades was expanded to such high-alloyed steel as SUS420J1 and also the cast billet quality improved.
