摘　　要：目的　探讨HBsAg对机体的免疫刺激作用。方法　用流式细胞术检测HBsAg对HBV转基因小鼠树突状细胞 (DC)免疫表型和ALT的影响 ,用3H TdR掺入法观察HBsAg对正常BALB/c小鼠特异性T淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果　HBsAg可增强HBV转基因小鼠DC免疫表型的表达并伴有清除病毒所引起的肝损伤 (P <0 0 5 ) ,诱发正常BALB/c小鼠T淋巴细胞特异性增殖 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　HBsAg可增强DC的抗原提呈能力 ,诱导细胞免疫反应 。Aim To investigate the immunological regulation effect of HBsAg.Methods Flow cytometry technique was employed to measure the expression of immunological phenotype molecules on dendritic cells induced by HBsAg in HBV transgenic mice,ALT level was also determined by enzyme dynamic method. 3H TdR incorporation was used to assess the non specific and specific T lymphocyte proliferation in vivo and in vitro in normal BALB/c mice.Results HBsAg could augment the expression of CD molecules on dendritic cells surface in HBV transgenic mice ( P <0.05),accompanied by elevated ALT level( P <0.05).HBsAg could also stimulate the non specific and specific T lymphocyte proliferation in normal BALB/c mice ( P <0.05).Conclusions HBsAg can strengthen the DC functions and stimulate cellular immunological response,and may be adopted as a drug for chronic and persistent infection of HBV.
