摘  要:18~8型亚稳奥氏体不锈钢经复合变形处理(温变形+冷变形)能够使强度达到完全冷变形的水平,同时保持了较好的塑性和韧性。这是由于复合变形处理能细化诱发的α′-M,并使其分布均匀和组织中含有大量位错缠结和位错胞的缘故。该工艺提高了弹簧的耐蚀性能和疲劳性能。采用回归正交试验优化了工艺参数。The Strength of 18-8 type metastable austentie stainless steel worked by complex drawing (warm drawing+cold drawing) can reach the same strength level obtained by cold drawrng, and the plasticity and toughness of the steel wire remains good at the same time. By the complex drawing, the induced α'-martensite may be refined, its distribution may be uniformed and a lot of dislocation tangle may resist in the structure. The corrosion resistant and fatigue behaviors of spring are improved with this technology. The best process parameters have been optimized with regressive normal test.
