摘  要:本文应用系统工程方法对高炉炼铁、铁水脱硅、转炉炼钢等单元过程构成的冶金系统进行研究。采用“单元模化—系统模化—系统优化”构造出该冶金系统的优化工序模型。运用动态规划寻优原理,经微机进行系统仿真,分别获得高、低出钢温度两个钢种的最佳硅控制工艺路线及其相应的最低策略成本。The methods of system engineering are used to analyze the large system of blast furnacehot metal pretreatment-BOP. The system optimization model is built by methods of unit process simulation, process system simulation and system optimization. Based on the optimum principle of dynamic programming, the systematical optimization has been carried out. The optimal technological flowsheets of silicon control and their tactical costs for high and low tapping temperatures have been obtained.
