摘 要:在实验室探索钒酸钙还原规律的基础上,用25kg高频感应炉,进行了钒酸钙直接合金化的研究,钒回收率平均为83%。又进行了0.5t电弧炉内钒酸钙团块和钢包内钒酸钙球团直接合金化冶炼含钒约为0.1%的低钒合金钢的试验,钒回收率分别为90%和86%。本流程的钒总回收率比“钠化钒渣→V_2O_5→钒铁”的合金化流程提高13~17%。Based on the reduction law of calcium vanadate which was explored in the laboratory, the experiments were carried out on the direct alloying with calcium vanadate in a high-frequency induction furnace with a capacity of 25kg. The average recovery ratio of vanadium was 83%. The tests were also made on direct alloying with the briquette of calcium vanadate in a 0.5t electric arc furnace and with the cold-bound pellet of calcium vanadate in a ladle to smelt the low alloy steel containning the vanadium about 0.1%. The recovery ratio of the vanadium were 90% and 86% respectively. In comparison with the process 'Vanadium-bearing slag-V_2O_5-ferro-vanadium', the present process increased the recovery ratio of vanadium by 13-17%
