双层卷焊管成型机组综合测试研究

摘　　要：用计算机采样和磁带机记录,对双层卷焊管成型机组的受力状况进行了多点同时测量,实测了在成型过程中管坯的延伸率在各架间的分布,获得了延伸率与总定径力之间的关系,从而为管筒成型质量在线控制找到了新的手段。采取了成型与焊接联合试验的方法,找到了各参数对成品管性能的影响规律。将实测值与理论结果进行了比较,两者基本一致。Simultaneous multipoint measurement on mechanical parameters of welded double coil tube (WDCT) machines has been conducted by computer system. The elongated distribution among stands during forming process and the relation of the elongation with total sizing force has been obtained. These may become a new measure for on-line control of tube formation. The influence of the parameters of product quality has been found by joint test of forming with welding. The measured values are basically in an agreement with theoritical ones.
