摘  要:通过简单试验测试和凝固传热解析,研究了本钢20.306t钢锭的凝固传热。验证了适用于该锭型的凝固传热模型和对凝固壳增长率、界面热流及温度梯度解析结果。缩短钢锭传搁时间的途径主要在于缩短钢锭开始脱模时间;20.306t钢锭开始脱模时间可由原190min缩短到150min,提出了新的脱模工艺;对不同凝固壳厚度的凝固前沿温度进行了计算。为20.306t锭型制定合理生产工艺提供了实践和理论依据。The phenomena of heat transfer in 20.306 ton solidifying ingot were studied by simple experimental measurements and analysis was conducted. A heat transfer model for this kind cf ingot was confirmed. Based on analysis of growth rate, heat flow at the interface temperature gradient of solidifying shell, the results are obtained that general way to reduce track-time lies in reducing the initial mold-releasing time. According to the analysis, the initial mold-releasing time of 20.306 ton ingot can be reduced from 190 min. to 150 min., so a new process of mold releasing has been presented. The temperature in front of different solidifying shells are predicted to provide practical and theoretical basis for establishing reasonable production process of 20.306 ton ingot.
