摘 要:利用计算机数值模拟技术分析了厚大断面(150mm)球铁钢锭模的凝固进程,实测了球铁钢锭模的温度场,解剖钢锭模分析了各部位的金相组织、石墨形态及力学性能。结果表明;1)在钢锭模围带处加一条状冷铁,明显地改变了钢锭模的凝固进程,消除了围带处缩孔、缩松缺陷。2)钢锭模共晶凝固结束时间长达481min,石墨球化明显衰退。The solidification process of large section(150 mm) ingot mould made from the nodular cast iron was analyzed by means of a numerical simulation technique. The temperature field within the solidified mould was measured. The mould had been dissected and the metallographic structures of the mould at various parts were analyzed. The shape of graphite and mechanical properties were also examined. The results show that 1. Adding a chill iron belt outside the apron of the mould will change the solidification process evidently, and eliminating the defects of shrinkage cavity and porosity. 2. The finish time of eutectic solidifiation of the mould is as long as 481 min and the spheroidization of graphite has been failing remarkably at that moment.
