摘 要:本文采用径迹照相技术对高氮18CrMnB钢中硼的分布、硼相的溶解与析出规律、硼的非平衡偏聚等进行了研究,并提出标样法对固溶硼含量进行了定量测定。结果表明:(1)采用标样法测定固溶硼含量是可行的;(2)固溶硼含量随加热温度提高而增加,含硼相BN的溶解温度相当高;(3)高氮18CrMnB钢中的硼相(M_(23)(CB)_6)的开始析出温度约为800℃;(4)非平衡偏聚现象与冷却速度有关,随着冷速减慢,硼的非平衡偏聚越强烈。The distribution of boron in high nitrogen 18CrMnB steels, the dissolution and precipitation of the boron constituent and the non-equilibrium segregation of boron were studied by track etching method. The content of boron in solid solution was determined by the method of comparison with a standard specimen. The results indicate (1) quantitative determination of content of boron in solid solution by the method of comparison with a standard specimen is efficient;(2) the content of boron in solid solution increases as the heating temperature raises; (3)the beginning precipitation temperature of the boron constitu nt M_(23)(CB)_6 in high nitrogen 18CrMnB is about 800℃; (4) the cooling rate has an important influence on the non-equilibrium segregation, generally, the segregation of boron increases as the cooling rate decreases.
