摘  要:铁水在100kg级铁浴煤—氧—矿喷射造气和熔融还原之后,直接在炉内进行脱硫精炼批处理。比较了CaO-SiO_2、CaO-CaC_2、CaO-CaF_2、CaO-CaF_2-Al_2O_3、CaO-Al_2O_3-CaF_2-CaC_2五种渣的脱硫能力和喷粉方式对脱硫的影响。结果表明,CaO-CaC_2渣具有较高硫容量。而CaO-Al_2O_3-CaF_2渣具有较大的脱硫表观反应速度常数,脱硫反应的限制性环节是硫在渣中的传质,浸没喷吹能够显著提高脱硫速度。The experiments of desulfurization patch treatment of liquid iron in 100 kg induced furnace were carried out by injection of flux after gasification and smelting reduction by coal-oxygen-ore injection. And the comparison of desulfurization effect with different fluxes(CaO-SiO_2, CaO-CaC_2, CaO-CaF_2, CaO-CaF_2-Al_2O_3,CaO-Al_2O_3-CaF_2-CaC_2) and with different injection types were carried out.The experimental results show that the equipment of gasification and smelting reduction by liquid iron bath with coal oxyen-ore injection is suitable for desulfurization refining as well as for gasification and smelting reduction, the flux of CaO-CaC_2 has high capacity of sulfur, the flux of CaO-Al_2O_3-CaF_2 has high apparent reaction rate constant, the limit step of desulfurization is sul-fur transfer in slag, and submerged injection has larger desulfurization rate in comparison with top injection.
