摘　　要：讨论了干燥温度、纺丝温度、冷却成形条件等对纺丝的影响。指出预结晶温度为160℃,干燥温度为145℃时,干燥效果较好。螺杆各区温度比常规纺丝时低10℃,纺丝顺利。侧吹风速0.37m/s,风温25℃,风湿75%,丝条稳定;上油率达0.9%时,集束性较好。此抗菌纤维抑菌率达99.99%以上。Effect of drying temperature,spinning temperature,cooling and shaping condition on spinning are discussed.It is pointed out that the result is better when the precrystallization temperature is 160 ℃,the drying temperature is 145 ℃,the drying time is 8 h.The spinning is smoothly when the various division temperature of the extruder is lower 10 ℃ than that of the conventional spinning.The cross air blow speed is 0.37 m/s,air temperature is 25 ℃,air humidity is 75% and the yarn is steady.The collection property is better when the oiling rate is 0.9%.The bacteriostats rate of this antibacterial fiber is over 99.99%.
