整形烧伤病人合并神经伤的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：目的　探讨神经合并伤的诊断和治疗。方法　用系统检查和反复对比检查的方法诊断神经伤 ,要尽可能判断出损伤的部位以及神经是否完全离断。需手术修复软组织的 8例患者同时进行了神经探查术 ,根据术后感染可能性大小进行了一期 (2例 )及二期 (3例 )神经修复 ,非手术治疗 3例。结果　感觉的恢复较好 ,肌力及运动部分得到了恢复。结论　整形烧伤合并神经伤要早诊断 ,恰当处理 。Objective To provide proper diagnosis and therapy of nerve injury in burn and plastic surgery.Methods Nerve exploration was performed at the same time in 8 patients with tissue defect who needed plastic operations.2 cases underwent im mediateneural repair,and 3 cases were treated with delayed neural repair and 3 cases with conservative treatment.Results Sensory function was well improved,but motorial function recovered only in some degree according to the location of nerve injury.Conclusions Early diagnosis and proper therapy of nerve injury is favorable for reduction of deformity of the burned limbs.
