摘　　要：目的　总结分析AF椎弓根螺钉内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位脊髓损伤的效果。方法　对AF钉治疗的 4 2例胸腰椎骨折 (胸椎 17例 ,腰椎 2 5例 ,不同程度神经损伤 36例 )进行回顾分析。结果　椎体高度完全恢复 32例 ,>90 %8例 ,>80 %2例 ;术后神经功能恢复按Frankel标准 ,除 2例A级无恢复外 ,余 4 0例均有不同程度的提高。结论　AF钉固定可靠 ,操作简单 ,能达到良好的复位及减压目的 ,是一种治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位的有效方法。Objective To sum up the therapeutical effects of A F system pedicle screw fixation on thoracolumbar fracture.Methods 42 patients of thoracolumbar fracture(17 of thoracic,25 of lumbar,respectively)who underwent AF pedicle screw fixation were retrospectively analyzed,36 of them were accompanied by nerve injuries to some extent.Results Normal vertebral height was reached in 32 patients,and more than 90% and 80% of Normal vertebral height reached in 8 and 2 patients respectively Except of 2 patients whose nervous functions did not recover others recovered in respect of nervous functions to some extent in term of Frankel's standard.Conclusion AF system pedicle screw fixation is effective on thoracolumbar fracture because of its stable fixation,simple performance,and famous reduction and decompression.
