摘　　要：从难采区油井开发生产特征分析入手,对该区地层格架、沉积环境提出了新认识,客观地展现了沉积环境与储层物性的空间配伍关系。储层“四性”研究,动态、静态综合分析及双模研究揭示了储层物性是直接影响开发措施和开发效果的基本因素。Starting from analyzing production features of hard-to-recover area, this paper introduces a new understanding of formation skeleton and depositional environment, and presents the space relationship of depositional environment and reservoir petrophysical property. Through study of 'four properties' , comprehensive analysis of dynamic and static data, and dual-model study, it is revealed that reservoir petrophysical property is the radical factor which directly affects the measures and effectiveness of development.
