曙一区超稠油管道热力集输技术研究

摘　　要：2001年以前,特种油开发公司主要采取罐储车运的集输方式,存在着管理难度大,费用高等问题。通过研究分析,提出了实现超稠油管输的技术思路,在没有经验可供借鉴的条件下,通过大量的理论研究与现场试验,成功地解决了采油平台间的自压输油工艺、干线输油工艺、管线伴热工艺、设备选型等技术难题,并于2001年10月～2002年4月完成了管输改造工程,基本实现了超稠油管道密闭输送,在降低成本和提高管理水平方面取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。Before the year 2001, the Special Oil Development Company mainly used tanks and trucks for storing and transporting, which are difficult in management and high in cost. Through study and analysis, the idea of pipeline transportation of super heavy oil is proposed. Because there is no experience and reference to be used, a large scope of work has been done in theoretical study and field experiments. Technical problems, such as self-pressuring oil transporting between oil production platforms, trunk line oil transporting, heat tracing and equipment selection, have been solved successfully. Pipeline reconstruction had been finished during October 2001 to April 2000. Tight-line transportation of super heavy oil is almost realized. Significant economical and social benefit has been achieved through reducing cost and improving management.
