摘　　要：针对回收污水中超稠油破乳脱水困难等问题进行了原因分析。通过对比各种解决方法及进行破乳剂筛选,最终研制出了可有效处理污水回收超稠油的破乳剂,找到了一条解决回收污水超稠油破乳脱水问题的新方法,也为其它油田超稠油破乳回收提供了借鉴。This paper analyzes the reasons of difficulty in demulsification and dehydration of super heavy oil during sewage recovery. Through comparing various solutions and screening demulsifiers, an effective demulsifying agent has been finally developed, which can treat the sewage and recover super heavy oil. A new method of demulsification and dehydration has been found for sewage recovery of super heavy oil. It provides reference for demulsification and recovery of super heavy oil in other oilfields.
