摘  要:针对超稠油开采过程中的温度问题,应用价值工程原理,开展功能替代,取得了降低开采成本的良好效果。在利用中频铁铠电缆替代特变整体电缆,应用燃煤炉替代地面集肤效应,应用注采一体管柱替代真空隔热管等方面,既达到了降低成本的目的,又完善了开采工艺,从而达到提高超稠油开发水平的目的。In accordance with temperature problem in the process of super heavy oil recovery, the theory of value engineering is used to realize function replacement, and cost-cutting is thus achieved. Through replacing integral transformer-wireline with medium frequency strengthened wireline, replacing surface Kelvin effect with coal combustion process, and replacing vacuum insulated tubular with a single string serving both as injection and production tubes, the cost is reduced and recovery technique is improved, thus attaining the goal of improving super heavy oil development.
