摘 要:目的 通过了解学生的一般心理状况 ,找出影响学生德、智、体及综合成绩的积极及消极心理因素 ,为改善医学生心理状况 ,全面发展个人素质提供参考。方法 采用SCL 90对浙江大学医学院 2 0 0 0届预防、口腔、护理等专业学生进行心理健康状况调查 ,追踪其该学年的德、智、体分及综合成绩 ,并进行相关统计学分析。结果 医学生的强迫、焦虑、人际关系敏感和偏执因子均分与全国常模比较差异有统计学意义。人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对性、精神病性各因子均分在男女生组间差异有统计学意义。偏相关系数显示躯体化因子与德分呈正相关 ,而强迫因子与智分和综合成绩成负相关。结论 心理卫生状况对德、智及综合成绩存在相关性。Objective To understand the psychological factors affecting students' comprehensive scores in their behavior and study. Methods The psychological status were investigated by SCL-90 in the students enrolled in 2000 and majoring in preventive medicine, dentistry and nursing etc. of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. The students comprehensive scores in a semester were recorded. Statistical correlation analysis was performed between the scores and psychological status. Results The average scores of obsess, anxiety, being sensitive on personal relationship and paranoid factors were statistically different from those of the national norm. There were statistically differences on the average scores of being sensitive on personal relationship, depression, hostility, psychosis factors respectively between boys and girls. The coefficients of partial correlation showed that positive correlation existed between somatization factors and virtue score, and the obsess factor negatively correlated with the intelligence score and synthetic Scores. Conclusions The psychological status are correlated with virtue, intelligence and synthetic performance.
