调Q ALEX_(LAZR)激光治疗太田痣196例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :　探讨调QALEXLAZR激光 (以下简称ALEX激光 )治疗太田痣的疗效。方法 :　我所运用ALEX激光器对 196例患者进行了多次皮损区照射治疗。治疗间期 3～ 6个月 ,对年龄大小、治疗次数、面积大小、皮损类型、皮损颜色、皮损部位、不良反应等进行了分组观察研究。结果 :　其年龄小、面积小、随治疗次数增加疗效越显著 ,经过 1～ 8次治疗 :痊愈 80例 ,显效 81例 ,有效 3 5例 ,无无效病例。 80例痊愈患者平均治愈次数为 4.13次。其中 1～ 6岁为 3 .1次。一般治疗 4次左右可以治愈 ,无 1例留下瘢痕。结论 :　ALEX激光为目前治疗太田痣的一种安全 。Objective:To determine the therapeutic effect of Q-switched ALEX LAZR laser in the treatment of nevus of Ota. Methods: Multiple radiations on patients' lesions with Q-switched ALEX laser were applied for 196 cases of nevus of Ota. The duration of treatment was 3～6 months. In order to analyze the therapeutic effect, the patients were categorized according to their age, frequency of treatment, the size of lesion, the lesion color, the region of the lesion and the side effects.Results: In general, the therapeutic effect increased in paralleling to the treatment times in younger patients with small size of lesion. After 1 to 8 treatments, 80 cases were cured, 35 cases improved and the remaining cases showed no effect. The average treatments were 4.13 times in 80 cured cases. In the patients aged at 1～6 years, the average treatments were 3.1 times. Generally, after 4 treatments the patients could be cured. There was no scar left after treatment. Conclusion : Q-switched ALEX laser is a safe and highly effective therapy for nevus of Ota up to date.
