摘　　要：针对新设计的复合炉底结构特点,采用了特殊的砌筑方法,严格按技术要求施工验收。经过6年冶炼实践,根据统计结果,复合炉底每百炉烧损量为19.54mm,比原来减少8.54mm,提高了炉龄。In ight of the characteristics of the newy designed composite furnace bottom structure a unique brickworking method has been adopted and the construction work been stricty examined according to the technica criteria. Statistics from the practica production in the past six years indicate that by appying the new method the burning oss per hundred heats comes up to 19.54mm with a reduction in the oss by 8.54mm over the previous, thus the furnace campaign being effectivey extended
