摘 要:运用D-最优设计的二次对数多项式四分量混料模型,完全以工业原料和废料合成渣剂,在1300 ℃进行800 g铁水预处理同时进行脱磷、脱硫,脱磷率与脱硫率分别可达58%和86%,硫可降至0.004%。并用计算机回归出脱磷率和脱硫率与渣剂组成的关系式,该关系式对实际操作具有一定的指导意义。14 kinds of mixtures were synthesized with industrial and waste industral materials entirely. Dephosphorizatio ratio of 58 % and desulfurization ratio of 86 % were achieved by injecting lime-base mixtures to 800 g hot metal at 1300℃. The sulfur was removed to 0.004 %. The regression equations of relation between pmax,smax and the mixture compositions were obtained, using D-optimal and Dn-optimal designs in four components for second order mixture model with logarithmic terms. The experimental results lay the foundation for the further semi-industrial experiments.
