摘 要:穿黄隧洞是即将实施的南水北调东线输水线路上的关键工程 ,1986年 4月~ 1988年 1月 ,在设计洞线上成功开挖了一条勘探试验洞 ,施工中采用超前预注浆形成阻水帷幕 ,然后在帷幕内开挖成洞。由于长期受地下水的溶蚀作用 ,1999年 8月底探洞水泵房北侧岩壁突然涌水 ,为确保黄河北大堤安全 ,同时考虑到南水北调东线工程即将实施 ,按大洞设计断面在探洞四周进行了灌浆加固处理。形成了穿黄隧洞的阻水帷幕 ,为今后隧洞的开挖创造了有利条件。The Huanghe-crossing tunnel is the pivotal job of transfer line of upcoming construcation of South to north Water Transfer Project. From April 1986 to January 1988,an exploratory test tunnel was successfully excavated in the designed tunnel line.During the construction,the pre grouting is used to form watertight screen and the tunnel is excavated in the screen.Because of long period of corrosion from underground water,there was a sudden water inflow in the north side of pump house in the exploratory tunnel in \{August,\}1999.To ensure the safety of the north bank of the Yellow River and considering that the eastern route of South to north Water Transfer \{Project\} is about to construct,the grouting reinforcement was done around the exploratory tunnel according to the big design section.The formed watertight screen in Huanghe crossing tunnel created and advantage situation for the coming tunnel excavation.
