压力生化反应器处理有机废水研究

摘　　要：试验考察了在不同压力和不同负荷条件下,采用压力生化反应器对有机废水的处理效果。试验结果表明,该反应器在停留时间为4h时,容积负荷可达5.91～11.8kg犤BOD5犦/(m3·d),氧转移效率达50%,污泥产率仅为0.1%,且活性污泥的沉降性能好。该反应器适于对中、高浓度有机废水的处理。Experiments were made to the treatme nt of organic wastewater with pressu re biochemical reactor to examine the treatment effect at different pressures and different loads.The results of the experiments show that this reactor can reach volume load of 5.91～11.8kgBOD 5 /(m 3 ·d),oxygen transfer efficiency of 50%,sludge yield of only 0.1%and a good precipitation performance of activated sludge with the retention time of 4h,which is suitable for the treatment of organi c wastewater with high and medium con centrations.
