摘  要:目的 探讨冠状动脉病变与冠心病新的危险因素的关系。 方法 回顾性地分析了 331例因胸痛而疑有冠心病且进行了选择性冠状动脉造影的病人 ,其中冠状动脉病变患者 (至少一支主要冠脉和 /或分支直径狭窄≥ 5 0 % ) 2 2 6例 ,对照组患者 (任何一支主要冠脉或分支直径狭窄 <5 0 % ) 10 5例 ;并对它们进行血尿酸、血肌酐、血脂、空腹血糖检测。 结果  1冠状动脉病变组血尿酸值大于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但血尿酸与冠状动脉狭窄程度、支数及心肌梗塞事件无关。2冠状动脉病变组胆固醇值大于对照组 ,差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,胆固醇与冠脉狭窄程度及陈旧性心肌梗塞有关 ;3冠状动脉病变组空腹血糖值大于对照组 ,差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但空腹血糖值与冠脉狭窄程度、支数及心肌梗塞事件无关。 结论 血尿酸与冠状动脉病变的发生可能存在着一定的联系 ;脂质、糖代谢异常可能是冠心病发生发展中的重要环节 ;胆固醇水平也许可以作为反映冠状动脉狭窄的指标之一。Objective To determine the relationship between coronary artery lesion and the new hazard factors of coronary heart disease. Methods A retrospective of study. The patients with chest pain who received coronary arteriography were divided into coronary artery lesion group (n=226 stenosis at least one of main and branch coronary artery, lesion artery stenosis diameter≥50%) and control group (n=105 diameter of any main or branch coronary artery stenosis <50%)with levels of serum uric acid,serum creatinine,blood lipids and fast blood glucose measured. Result The concentration of serum uric acid in coronary artery lesion group is higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), while it is not related with coronary stenosis degree,branch and myocardial infarction events.The level of total cholesterol(TC) with coronary artery lesion group is higher than that in control's (P<0.05)and it has also relation with the old myocardial infarction and the degree of coronary artery stenosis. The level of fast blood glucose with coronary artery lesion group is increased than control's (P<0.05),while values of fast blood glucose are not correlated with coronary stenosis degree,branch and myocardial infarction events. Conclusion The elevated serum uric acid may have a certain correlation with stenosis of coronary artery. The abnormal metabolism of glucose and lipid may play an important role in coronary heart disease progress. The level of total cholesterol may be one of the marks which reflects coronary artery stenosis.
