摘　　要：目的　调查医学生蠕形螨的感染情况 ,观察自制杀螨液的杀螨、抑螨效果。　方法　采用挤压括拭法。　结果　其总感染率为 4 3.74 % ;1998、1999、2 0 0 0级三个年级的感染率分别为 39.3%、4 2 .8%、4 9.9% ,有显著性差异 ;男生感染率为 19.11% ,女生感染率为 4 0 .75 % ,有显著性差异 ;感染者中 ,毛囊蠕形螨最多 ,占 4 6 .96 % ,皮脂蠕形螨最少 ,占 2 0 .0 5 % ,重度感染占 14 .74 %。对部分感染者施用本室自制的杀螨液 ,用药 2 0 d后总有效率和治愈率达 90 .6 4 %和 5 7.31%。　结论　人体蠕形螨在集体生活的人群中感染较为普遍 ,且随着集体生活时间的延长 ,其感染率上升 ;杀螨液具有较好的杀螨、抑螨作用 。Objective To survey the infection of Human Demodex in medical students and to observe the killing and controlling effect on Demodex. Methods The infection of Demodex was detected by extrusion method. Result The total infection rate was 43.74%. 98 grade 39.3%,99 grade 42.8%,2000grade 49.9%, and 46.09% in male, 40.75%in female, the infection rate was significant different in different grades and genders. Among the infected students, the rates of Demodicid folliculorum and D. brevis were 46.96% and 19.11% respectively, that of the coinfection was 33.93%. There was significant difference among them. In infection degree, the rate of slight infection, middle infection and severe infection was 65.21%, 20.05% and 14.745 respectively. The part of infected students were treated with the killing mite liquid, the total effective rate and curative rate reached 90.64% and 57.31%. Conclusion The infection of Human Demodex was prevailing among medical students living and studying together. The longer the time they stay together, the higher infection rate occurres. The killing mite liquid was highly effective without prominent side effects.
