Determination of Trace Gold by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry with Preconcentration by Chemically Modified Electrode

摘  要:本文提出用聚丙烯脒硫氰酸盐化学修饰石墨管内壁、电化学预富集石墨炉原予吸收测定Au的分析方法.分析灵敏度提高100倍.应用于矿石中痕量Au的测定,获得了满意的结果.The inside wall of a graphite tube was modified with a thin film of polyacrylamidine thiocyanate. Trace gold was electrochemically preconcentrated by the graphite tube being soaked in its solution and then the determination of trace gold by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was carried out. It was shown experimentally that Ag,Ir, Rh, Pd and Ft did not interfere in the determination of Au, and a hundred fold enhancement in analytical sensitivity was found. The analytical sensitivity of the method (1% absorption) was 3. 5×10-10 mol/L. The method was applied to the determination of trace gold in ore with a satisfactory result.
