摘 要:研究了聚芳醚砜(PES-C)/聚苯硫醚(PPS)共混物的聚集态结构与熔融流动性以及两者之间的内在关系。结果表明,PES-C/PPS共混体系属于多相体系,PES-C占50%时,PPS成为连续相,共混物在该组成比例下具有良好的熔融流动性。Poly (phenylene sulfide) (PPS)/poly (arylene-ether-sulfone) with Cardo group (PES-C) blends were prepared by the solution mixing method using biphenyl/diphenylsulfone as solvent at 260℃-270℃- DSC,WAXD,SEM,and IR method were used to study the morphology and mi-crostructure of PPS/PES-C blends. DSC results show that PPS/PES-C blends are multiphase system. Crystallinity of PPS in the blends decreases as the amount of PES-C component increases. TG analysis results indicate that the blends have better thermooxidative resistant property than PES-C. WAXD curve confirm that PPS in the blends still has ability of crystallization when PPS is 25%. SEM photography show the phase inversion take place when PPS in the blends is 40% or so. melting index exhibits that the blends have good melt flow property when PPS-rich phase is the continuous phase and is interesting to practical use.
