资源型产业的发展新思路——以山西煤炭产业发展为例

摘　　要：煤炭资源是山西的比较优势 ,煤炭产业是山西的支柱产业。文章就山西煤炭产业如何发展 ,提出了新思路 ,即煤炭产业群之路 ;其次 ,分析了煤炭产业群的内涵与山西煤炭产业群的构成 ;再次 ,对已具备煤炭产业群形成的一些基本要素与成型的产业群的距离以及成长对策进行了分析。Shanxi has a great advantage in its coal resources, and the coal industry has become the dominant industry in the province, but it still cannot bring the people to prosperity. This thesis offers a new idea about the development of Shanxi coal industry--Shanxi coal industry clusters. Secondly, the authors analyze its connotation and formation. Thirdly, after a careful study, the authors think Shanxi has some basic factors to form coal industry clusters. But it is far behind the real coal industry clusters. Fourthly, the paper analyzes some factors that have prevented Shanxi coal industry from forming its coal industry clusters spontaneously. At last, we put forward a few strategies concerning the question.
